Contract Management
Contract Management - In the event that the client wishes to follow UC-Green’s recommendations for network optimization, the Contract Management process will include: Contract Analysis, in order to find the appropriate carrier and/or service plan for the client; RFP Analysis will ensure that the requirements from each prospective carrier will be clear from confusion; Contract Negotiations will ensure that the clients’ service needs will be met at a fair market price. Contract management is a value added service that will ensure the client’s telecom expenses budgetary needs are met.
